She received a Laurence Olivier Theatre Award nod for the Best Actress category for 2003. At 26 years old, she's the eldest person ever nominated for that award. The school she attended was Menlo-Atherton High located in Atherton California, and Tamalpais High School situated in Mill Valley California. In high school she was also a member of The Ensemble Theater Company of Mill Valley.
